The beautiful scrap kit from Dees Deelights, called "The Masters Returns", is a PTU and you can purchase this kit with a 30% of discount until 17 th of june HERE.

The frames are from Urban Fairy Tales and you can download HERE.
Let's begin:
1.- Open a new raster layer of 600 x 500 pixels, you can resize then.
2.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 06, then open your mask in your PSP, go to masks/new mask from an image, and apply the mask to the paper layer. Go to masks/delete and then mask/delete. Apply drop shadow of choice.
3.- Copy and paste as new layer "Rock", resize to convenience and then go to layers and duplicate once, put this layers as you can see in my image.
4.- Copy and paste as new layer "Fence", move this layer below the Rocks layers.
5.- Copy and paste as new layer the white frame, select into with your magic wand, and then go to selection/modify/expand 3. Copy and paste as new layer "©DLewis The Masters Returns", resize to convenience, and then go to selection invert and then Edit / Cut. Move the paint layer below the frame.
6.- Now copy and paste as new layer the brown frame, and repeat all what you did in the step 5 but now with Paper 07. Copy and paste some elements into this frame, I used the leaf from the add on of this scrap kit, and the Tree. Resize both to convenience.
7.- Copy and paste as new layer the Lamp, resize to convenience, and put this layer as you can see in my tag.
8.- Copy and paste as new layers "Crow" and "Gem", resize to convenience, and duplicate both layers, then put them as you can see in my tag.
9.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©Zindy's tube, and resize to 755 and again to 90%.
10.- Merge all visible layers, and add your licence number.
11.- Write your name with a font of choice, and colours who match with your tag, and apply drop shadow as you used before.
12.- Save as png.
It's done.
