Tut "Spring in Blue"

For this tut you will need the following things:

First of all the beautiful scrap kit from CM Designs, called "Doux Rêves", is a PTU and you can purchase the kit HERE.

The beautiful Gorjuss cat, is a tube from ©Suzanne Woolcott, and you can purchase her tubes HERE.

The mask is the number 219 from Weescotslass Creations, and you can download HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 470 x 470 pixels.

2.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 2, now open the mask in your PSP, go to masks/new mask from an image, apply the mask in the paper layer, and then go to masks/delete mask and resize this layer to 120%.

3.- Copy and paste as new layer Parchemin, resize to 55%, go to layers/duplicate layer, and move one of them a little below, put them as you can see in my tag.

4.- Copy and paste as new layer Frameflower, resize to 75, with your magic wand select into the frame, go to selection/modify/expand 10. Now copy and paste as new layer Paper 6, go to selections/invert and then Edit/cut. Put this layer below the frame.

5.- Copy and paste as new layer the Gorjuss tube, resize to convenience, put the layer below the frame layer, and apply drop shadow of choice.

6.- Copy and paste as new layer The leafs, and the butterflies, resize to convenience, and put as you can see in my tag.

7.- Copy and paste as new layer Coeurnoeud, resize to 50, then copy and paste as new layer the gorjuss musicalnote paper, resize to convenience. Apply drop shadow as before.

8.- Copy and paste as new layer Fleurnat, resize to 50%, then go to layers and duplicate, resize this second layer to 50%, and put this layer in the Gorjuss tube, as you can see in my tag.

9.- Copy and paste as new layer Rubancoeur, resize to 50%, and put this layer below the first paper heart layer. See my image for help.

10.- Copy and paste as new layer ruban 2 and rubanfeuille, resize to convenience, and put them as you can see in my tag.

11.- Merge all visible layers, and add your licence number.

12.- Write your name I used font: Dr Carbfred size: 36 colour black, and then add drop shadow as you used before.

13.- Save as png.

It's done.
