Tut "Rock Star"

For this tut you will need the following things:

First of all the beautiful scrap kit from Scrappingmar called "Rock Star", and it's a Freebie, you can download the kit HERE.

The tube is from ©Elias Chatzoudis, and you can purchase his tubes and a licence number for use them at MPT, go HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.

2.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 12, resize to 12% and rotate free 10 degrees to the left. Add drop shadow of choice.

3.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 5, resize to 12%. Add drop shadow as you used before.

4.- Copy and paste as new layer Frame 29, resize to 40% and rotate free 20 degrees to the left, with your magic wand select into the frame, then go to selection/modify/expand 3. Copy and paste as new layer Paper 1, resize to 40%, then go to selection/ invert, and then Edit/cut. Move this layer below the frame layer.

5.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©Elias Chatzoudis tube, resize to convenience, and add drop shadow and put this into the frame. See my image for help.

6.- Copy and paste as new layers, the music symbols, resize to convenience, see my image for help.

7.- Copy and paste as new layer the guitar, resize to 8%, rotate free 20 degrees to the right. Copy and paste as new layer the flower # 56, resize to 7%, and put as you can see in my image both layers.

8.- Copy and paste as new layer Element 22, resize to 25%, go to layers and duplicate three times. rotate two of them 90 degrees, and move one of them and made a frame with the layers. Now with your lace tool, select into this frame made a rectangle. Copy and paste as new layer Paper 2, resize to 15%, then go to selection/invert and then edit/ cut. Move this layer below the frame you did with element 22.

9.- Copy and paste the skull, and the other elements, I used elements # 27, 57, 35, 33, 47, 24, resize all to convenience, see my image for help, and add drop shadow to all this elements.

10.- Copy and paste as new layer element rock star, resize to convenience, and rotate free 20 degrees to the right, then duplicate the layer and reflet. Put them as you can see in my image. Now copy and paste the second ©Elias Chatzoudis tube, and resize to convenience. Add drop shadow of choice and put as you can see in my image.

11.- Copy and paste as new layer element 27, resize to convencience. Add drop shadow and put thislayer below the pink frame background.

12.- Merge all visible layers and add your licence number.

13.- Write your name I used font: Bauhaus93, size: 48, colour outside: #FF0195, colour inside: #00718C, then I used Filter Xero/Fritillary with this settings: Granularity: 4, Aggression: 132, Tesselation: 10 and Variation: 62. Then add drop shadow with white colour and settings: 1 - 1 - 90 - 9,9.

14.- Save as png.

It's done.
