For this tutorial you will need the followoing things:
First of all the beautiful scrap kit from Simply Irresistible called "Alice Cullen", is a PTU and you can purchase this kit HERE.
The image of your choice about Twilight, I found this image on the web.
The mask # 167 from Weescotslass Creations you can download HERE.
Let's begin:
1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.
2.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 2, then open the mask in your psp, go to masks/new mask/from an image and apply the mask # 167 to the paper layer, then go to masks/invert and then mask/delete. And resize this layer to 120%.
3.- copy and paste as new layers Matt 1 and Matt 2, resize both layers to 50%, put Matt 1 layer forward and rotate free 15 degrees to the right. Add drop shadow of choice.
4.- Copy and paste as new layer brad, resize to 25%, rotate free 15 degrees to the left, and then duplicate the layer and reflet. Put them as you can see in my image.
5.- Copy and paste as new layer frame 2, resize to 40%, with your magic wand select into the frame, copy and paste as new layer paper 4, resize to 40%, then go to select/invert and then edit/cut. Put this paper layer below the frame.
6.- Copy and paste as new layer the image of your choice, put his image below the frame layer and low opacity to 60%.
7.- Copy and paste as new layer tag, resize this layer to 40%, and add drop shadow as before.
8.- Copy and paste as new layer ribbonheart2, resize to 40% and add drop shadow as before. Put this layer as you can see in my image.
9.- Copy and paste as new layer doodle flower, resize to 40% twice. Copy and paste as new layer flower 3, resize to 15%, add drop shadow as before. Put this layer as you can see in my image, then duplicate the layer, resize to 25% and put this flower in the ribbonheart2 center. See my image for help.
10.- Merge all the visible layers, add your copyright.
11.- Write your name in the tag layer, I used font: Papyrus size: 18 Colour outside: none, inside: #EECDC6.
It's done.
