"Oh, Baby!"

For this new tut you will need the following things:

The beautiful scrap kit from Danielle called "Baby Mine", is PTU and you can purchase her work HERE.

The tubes are from ©Suzanne Woolcott, you will need to purchase her art HERE and a licence number.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels. Transparent.

2.- Copy and paste as a new layer the paper # 4, then with your lace tool, select a form with uneven edges, just see my image for help. Then go to select/invert select and then Edit/Cut. Duplicate this layer, and put this layer below the first paper layer, now go to effects/gaussian blur with the followoing settings: 10.00.

3.- Copy and paste as new layer the window # 2, resize to 25%. With your magic wand select into the frames, go to select/modify/expand 3. Now copy and paste as new layer Paper # 2. Go to select/invert select and then Edit/ Cut. Put this layer below the window frame.

4.- Copy and paste as new layers Flower # 1, # 2 and # 3, then resize to 10% all of them, and duplicate this three layers once time. Put the flowers, below the paper # 2 layers, as you can see in my image.

5.- Copy and paste as new layers bird # 1 and bird # 2, resize to 10% and then again to 50%. Add drop shadow of choice. Put as you can see in my image.

6.- Copy and paste as new layer bow # 1, resize to 10% and again to 50%, go to layers/duplicate and then Image/reflet. Put in the top of the window, see my image for help.

7.- Copy and paste as new layers baloons # 1, # 2 and # 3, resize to 10%. Rotate free 20 degrees to the right one of the layers. I used yellow one. and then with your eraser tool delete the thread as you can see in my image.

8.- Copy and paste as new layer Giraffe # 2, resize to 10%, add drop shadow of choice.

9.- Copy and paste as new layer Lamb # 1, resize to 10%, go to image /reflet. Add drop shadow as before.

10.- Copy and paste as new layers lady bug # 1, # 2 and # 3, duplicate layers, then rotate some of them 110 degrees to the left and to the right, and duplicate the layers the number you need to put as floor. See my image for help.

11.- Now copy and paste the ©Gorjuss babies tubes, resize to convenience, one of them is below the window's layer. Just delete with your eraser tool all what you need. See my image for help.

12.- Merge all visible layers and put your licence number.

13.- Write your name, font of choice, colour someone that match with your tag, and then add some effects, I used Unlimited 2.0/Canvas Fine: settings: Intensity: 156 and Lightness: 87. Add drop shadow of choice.

14.- Save as png.

It's done.
