Tut "Purple Dreams"

For this tut you will need the following things:

First of all the beautiful scrap kit Freebie from ScrapsbyDMG, called "Frosted velvet", you can download the mini kit freebie HERE.

The tube is from ©Suzanne Woolcott and you can purchase her art and your licence number in her store HERE.

The mask you need is the # 252 from Weescotslass Creations, and you can download HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.

2.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 3, resize to 75%, then open your mask in your PSP, go to masks/new mask/from an image, and apply the mask to the paper layer. Then go to masks/ delete and resize this layer to 110%.

3.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©gorjuss goth note, with purple colour, resize to 75%, go to layers/ duplicate, and put both as you can see in my tag.

4.- Copy and paste as new layer "emblishment", resize to 75%, go to layers duplicate and then reflet this layer, again duplicate this layer, and turn down, and again duplicate and reflet. You now have four emblishment layers. See my image for help.

5.- Copy and paste as new layer "bracket", then with your magic wand select into the frame, now copy and paste as new layer Paper 4, resize this layer to 40%, then go to selection/invert, and then edit/cut. Move this paper layer below the frame layer and apply drop shadow of choice to the bracket layer.

6.- Copy and paste as new layer "tag1", resize to 75%, and put as you can see in my tag.

7.- Copy and paste as new layer "charm", resize to 50%, and put the layer as you can see in my tag.

8.- Copy and paste as new layer "bow2", resize to 50%, and put as you can see in my tag, apply drop shadow to all the elelments as you used before.

9.- Copy and paste as new layer "glittertrail", resize to 50%, and put at the foot of the frame, see my image for help, then copy and paste as new layer "curlyribbon", resize to 50% and rotate free this layer 90 degrees to the right. Put below the "glittertrail" layer and with your eraser tool, delete some parts of the "glittertrail" layer as you can see in my image. It seems the ribbon is being a lace with the glittertrail. Apply drop shadow as before to both elments.

10.- Copy and paste as new layer the "flower", resize to 25%, duplicate and put them as you can see in my tag, colorize one of them to grey scale. Apply drop shadow of choice.

11.- Merge all visible layers, add your licence number.

12.- Write your name, I used font: Halloween_Farquharson , size 36, colour outside:#482543, and inside: #A4639A, Apply drop shadow with white colour, and the same settings your used before.

13.- Save as png.
