Tut "A Hint of Colour"

This tutorial is dedicate to my friend Lorna, who is a beautiful friend of mine, and I love her so much. Look at her work in her blog, and leave her some luv xxx, HERE.

For this tut you will need the following things:

First of all the beautiful scrap kit from Wicked Princess Scraps, called "Wickedly Dark", is a FREEBIE, and you can download in her blog HERE.

The tube is from ©Suzanne Woolcott collection, and you need a licence number and purchase her tubes in her shop HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.

2.- Copy and paste as new layer Paper 17, resize the layer to 75% or less.

3.- Copy and paste as new layer Frame 3, resize to 75%, with your magic wand select into the frame, go to selection/modify/expand 3, then copy and paste as new layer Paper 5, resize to 75%, then go to selection/invert and then Edit /Cut. Move this layer below the frame layer.

4.- Copy and paste as new layer Heart chain 1, resize to 75%. Go to layers and duplicate layer once, then reflet, and put both as you can see in my tag.

5.- Copy and paste as new layer Bow 3, resize to convenience, and put this layer as you can see in my tag, if you need use your deform tool for put the bow in the frame. See my image for help.

6.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©Gorjuss tube, resize if you need, then put the layer forward the frame background layer, go to layers and duplicate, move this layer to the front, and delete with your lace tool all what exceed the bow.

7.- Copy and paste as new layer Glitterdoodle 1, resize to 50%, then copy and paste as new layer rose 1, resize to 50%, rotate free 90 degrees to the left. Then do the same with flower 02, but now rotate free 90 degrees to the right. Apply drop shadow of choice to all the elements.

8.- Copy and paste as new layers all the blings, resize them to 25%, and colorize them with different colours of your choice. Put them as you can see in my tag.

9.- Merge all the visible layers, add your licence number.

10.- Write your name with a font of choice, I used font: Calisto MT, size:48, colour outside: black, colour inside: white. Apply inner bevel of choice and a white drop shadow.

11.- Save as png.
