Tut "4th of July"

For this tut you will need the following things:

First of all the beautiful scrap kit from Karla Scrapz, called "Celebrating on July 4", is a Freebie and you can download this kit HERE.

The tube is one of the beautiful girls from ©Keith Garvey and you can purchase his tubes and his licence number in MPT, HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.

2.- Copy and paste as new layer the paper 5, resize to 75%.

3.- Copy and paste as new layers red flower and blue flower, resize both to 50%, go to layers and duplicate both, put them as you can see in my tag.

4.- Copy and paste as new layer element 5, resize to 55%. With your magic wand select into the frame, then go to selections/modify/expand 6, now copy and paste as new layer Paper 4. Resize to 60%. Now go to selections/invert and then edit/cut. Move this layer below the frame layer. Apply drop shadow of choice to the frame layer.

5.- Copy and paste as new layer element 31, resize to 50%. Put in the middle of the frame circle. Now copy and paste as new layer the element 40, resize to convenience and put this layer in the middle of the circle frame too.

6.- Copy and paste as new layer element 39, resize to 75%, put as you can see in my tag, then copy and paste as new layer one of the bows, resize to 10%, and then go to layers and duplicate once, then go to image/reflet, and put at the sides of the shield.

7.- Copy and paste as new layers the three stars, and resize to convenience, put them as you can see in my tag.

8.- Now copy and paste as new layer the element 10, resize to convenience. Apply drop shadow as you used before.

9.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©Garvey tube, and resize to 80%. Apply drop shadow.

10.- Copy and paste as new layer element 32, resize to 25%, and put as you can see in my tag.

11.- Copy and paste as new layer element 34, resize to 50%, go to layers and duplicate and then turn up one of them. Put both layers as you can see in my tag.

12.- Merge all visible layers, and add your licence number.

13.- Write your name, I used font: elephant, size: 36, colour outside: #26204E, colour inside: #D70B0B. Then apply inner bevel of choice and drop shadow as you used before.

14.- Save as png.
