Tut Written in the Stars

For this tut you will need the following things:

The beautiful scrap kit from Queen Brat Designs, called "Written in the Stars", is a PTU and you can purchase her kit HERE.

A ©Suzanne Woolcott tube of your choice, you can buy her tubes HERE.

The masks # 112 and # 248 from Vix PSP, you can download HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.

2.- Copy and paste as new layer paper 05, resize to 75%, open mask # 248 in your PSP, go to masks/new mask/from an image, and apply the mask to the paper layer. Then go to masks/invert and then masks/delete mask. Duplicate this layer once, and move to the sides both layers. One to the left and the other to the right side of your tag. See my image for help.

3.- Now copy and paste as new layer paper 04, resize to 75%, and apply the mask # 112 as you did in the step 2.

4.- Now copy and paste as new layer BracketMat 05, resize to 50%, then copy and paste as new layer BracketMat 04, resize to 50% too, and rotate free this layer 20 degrees to the right.

5.- Copy and paste as new layer BracketMat 01, resize to 40%, move this layer a little to the left, see my image for help.

6.- Copy and paste as new layer GlitteredSwirl 02, resize to 55%, add drop shadow of choice.

7.- Copy and paste as new layer frame 06, resize to 50%, then with your magic wand, select into the frame, go to selection/modify/expand 5. Copy and paste as new layer paper 09, go to selection/invert selection, and then edit/cut. Move this layer below the frame layer.

8.- Copy and paste as new layer frame 04, resize to 45%, and put this layer as you can see in my image. Add drop shadow of choice.

9.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©Gorjuss tube, resize to convenience, and move this layer below the first frame layer. Add drop shadow of choice.

10.- Copy and paste as new layer Star tag 02, resize to 40%, put this layer in the frame as you can see in my tag. Add drop shadow of choice.

11.- Copy and paste as new layer Flower Cluster 01, resize to 40%, and add drop shadow of choice. Do the same now with Flower Cluster 02. Put both as you can see in my tag, again add drop shadow of choice.

12.- Copy and paste as new layer WordArt 02. Resize to 25%, add effect/Eye Candy 4000/Corona. With white colour and default settings.

13.- Copy and paste as new layer BeadedString 01, resize to 40%, and add drop shadow of choice.

14.- Copy and paste as new layer Star 06, resize to 25%, duplicate this layer, move one of this layers up, and put as you can see in my tag, and rotate free 20 degrees to the left. And add drop shadow as before to both layers.

15.- Merge all visible layers. Add your licence number.

16.- Write your name, I used font: Splurge, size 48, colour outside: black, colour inside: #313F4C. Add some glass effect of choice, I used: Eye candy 4000/glass with default settings. And then add drop shadow as before.

17.- Save as png.

It's done.
