Tut Symphony in blue

Hi all I hope you like it this new tut, I love it so much, and the best is with a freebie scrap kit.

Well for the following tut you will need this:

The beautiful scrap kit from Malu called "Symphony in blue" is a FTU kit and you can download the kit HERE.

The Mask # 21 is HERE.

Let's begin:

1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.

2.- Open your mask # 21 in PSP, copy and paste a strong blue paper from the scrap kit, and paste as new layer, go to masks/new mask/from an image. Then apply the mask to the paper layer, again Masks/delete masks, and resize this mask layer to 135%.

3.- Copy and paste as new layer element 01, resize to 90%. Add drop shadow of choice.

4.- Copy and paste as new layer frame 2, resize to 75%, rotate free 15 degrees to the right, now with your magic wand select into the frame, go to selections/modify/expand 25. Copy and paste as new layer Paper 04. Then go to selection/invert and then edit /cut. Put this layer below the frame layer.

5.- Copy and paste bow 02, resize to 50%, rotate free 15 degrees to the right.

6.- Copy and paste the three flowers as new layers. Resize two to 75% and one to 50%. Put as you can see in my image.

7.- Copy and paste as new layer element 05 and put as you can see in my tag.

8.- Now copy and paste your tube of choice. Add drop shadow as before.

9.- Copy and paste as new layer element 02, resize to 25%, go to layers/duplicate and put both layers as you can see. Add drop shadow of choice.

10.- Copy and paste as new layer the button, resize to 15%, go to layers/duplicate layer and add drop shadow of choice. Put both as you can see in my image.

11.- Copy and paste as new layer doodle 01, resize to 75%, image/rotate free 15 degrees to the right, now duplicate this layerand reflet. Put both layers as you can see in my tag.

12.- Merge all visible layers, write your licence number.

13.- Write your name, I used: font: The Buns, size: 48, colour outside: black, inside: #84A9C1. I used Filter Eye Candy 4000/Gradient Glow, with white colour. And drop shadow as before.

14.- Save as png.

It's done.
