For the following tut you will need:
The scrap kit from Paci Tubes, called "Caribean Love", you can purchase this scrap kit HERE.
The tube from ©Keith Garvey, you can buy in MPT here.
The mask you need is mask # 219 from Weescotslass Creations, and you can download HERE.
Let's begin:
1.- Open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels.
2.-First have to compose the picture, so do that:
Copy and paste as new layer Paper 8, resize to 15%.
Copy and paste as new layer the dolphin, resize to 15%, add drop shadow of choice.
Copy and paste as new layer the ©Garvey tube, resize to 60%, add the same drop shadow and then reflet, and put above the dolphin tube as you can see in muy image.
Now Copy and paste as new layer sea, and resize to 15%, put this layer above all the others layers, this one have to match with your background layer, as you can see in my image.

Merge all visible layers.
3.- Now open a new raster layer of 500 x 500 pixels, copy and paste the tag you make before, resize this image to 70%, now with your presset tool made a rectabgle with size 10, colour outside: white, colour inside: none, border your image with this rectangle. Then become in a raster layer this rectangle, and merge all visible layer, you have to see this image as a photograph. Then add drop shadow of choice.
Duplicate this layer and rotate free 15 degrees to the right.
4.- Copy and paste the heart 2, resize to convenience, move down the layers, and add drop shadow and rotate 15 degrees to the right this layer. Now copy and paste the heart 1, resize to convenience, add drop shadow of choice and move this layer below the first photograph. Just see my image for help.
5.- Copy and paste as new layer the flower and resize to convenience, add drop shadow as before.
6.- Copy and paste as new layer palm and pineapple2, resize both layers to convenience. Add drop shadow as before.
7.- Copy and paste as new layer the ©Garvey tube, rotate free 90 degrees to the left, and add drop shadow.
8.- Merge all visible layers.

10.- Now open your mask in your PSP, go to masks/new mask from an image, and apply the mask to this new layer it have seem as sand, then go to mask/delete mask, and resize this layer to 110%. Move this layer below all the other layers, and merge all visible layers.
